Refund Policy

1. Overview

BookSoulmate is a digital subscription service. Because access to paid features begins immediately after purchase, refunds are generally limited to specific situations described below.

2. Monthly Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.

3. When We May Offer a Refund

We may review and approve a refund in cases such as:

  • • You were charged more than once by mistake
  • • You were charged after a valid cancellation due to a billing error
  • • A technical problem on our side prevented reasonable use of the paid service

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are normally not provided for:

  • • Partial use of a subscription period
  • • Change of mind after purchase
  • • Failure to cancel before the next renewal date
  • • Issues caused by your device, browser, network, or uploaded content

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, email us within 7 days of the charge and include:

  • • The email address linked to your account
  • • The date and amount of the charge
  • • A short explanation of the issue
