Welcome to BookSoulmate (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). The Service is provided by Vibearn LLC (hereinafter referred to as "we"). 2. Service Description

BookSoulmate is an AI-powered reading companion platform where users can upload books and converse with AI-powered book companions. The Service includes, but is not limited to:

  • • Book file upload and processing
  • • AI conversation features
  • • Personal library management
  • • Reading history tracking

3. User Accounts

You need to create an account to access all features of the Service. You agree to:

  • • Provide true, accurate, and complete registration information
  • • Keep your account password secure
  • • Take responsibility for all activities under your account
  • • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use

4. User Content

The book content you upload to the Service (hereinafter referred to as "User Content") remains your property. However, you grant us:

  • • The right to process and analyze your uploaded book content to provide AI conversation services
  • • The right to store your User Content during the service period
  • • The right to use anonymized data to improve our services

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • • Upload illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or content that infringes on others' rights
  • • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the Service
  • • Use the Service for any illegal activities
  • • Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Service

The Service and its original content, features, and appearance are the property of BookSoulmate and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Without our prior written consent, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Service.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from any modification, suspension, or termination of the Service.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America. Any disputes arising from these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Wyoming.
